About CycleSpreads

Options income trade alerts since 2007.

Sam Cassara and Chris Wilson co-founded CycleSpreads in 2007. The service publishes options trade alerts across four programs. Members can follow alerts manually or use supported partners to route eligible trade actions in their own brokerage accounts.

The people behind the service

Meet the co-founders

Our history

Auto-trading has been part of the service from the start

In 2007, CycleSpreads formed auto-trading partnerships with optionsXpress, thinkorswim, eOption, OptionsHouse, and TradeKing. Several of those brokerage brands have since been acquired or integrated into larger firms. They are part of our history, rather than a list of current supported providers.

Today, the site describes auto-trading through AutoShares and Global AutoTrading. Eligible alerts can be routed for trade execution under the member's provider setup, while the member retains control of the funds in their brokerage account.

What members receive

Four programs built on two approaches

Max Income, Program 3, and Portfolio Replication Service use the wheel approach, with cash-secured puts and covered calls. The Credit Spreads program uses defined-risk spreads. Members can review each program's history and calculation method on its performance page.

CycleSpreads is an options trade alert subscription, not an ETF or a fund. For details about subscriptions and how results are calculated, see the FAQ. You can also email us before choosing a program.
